I’ve recently taken up yoga, with my daughter and my friend….we all love it! Katie is brilliant, it’s a nice group size to start and learn. I thought I would feel embarrassed yet I’m not, its really chilled yet, really intense at certain stages. Katie is a very knowledgeable person, very funny, quirky and listens to us all individually and as a group. Great location, parking available for free. If you’re looking to make changes Katie is great.
